In 1993, club also became the 1st club in English football to win FA Cup and League Cup double. Arsenal never won Champions League but was the first London based club to reach the final of Champions League in 2006.

According to me, the main problem is the lack of target in this club. The club only targets #4 position every year to guarantee/secure its place in Champions League but never have a target beyond the #4 to go for the title every year. Now you know all about important points and Arsenal footballers salaries according to 2015 contracts but there is more to discuss.

Club spending on players is also not so attractive. Henry and Febregas are two of the most popular former figures of this club while the club is also having some world class players like Sanchez and Ozil right now.

Arsene Wenger, manager of this club from a long time, took this club to new heights but still the passion of winning Premier League Title is not as much as a club like Arsenal should have.
