By Skill and Hardwork” is the motto of this club. Club’s trophy cabinet is having major trophies like 2 Football League cups, 1 Premier League Cup, 6 FA Cups, 1 Community Shied and 1 Football League Cup. 63 is the highest ever ranked achieved by the club in UEFA ranking in the year of 2007-2008.

In term of financial support, club never had a golden shake hand type of support. Club struggled a lot from its beginning and is still struggling a lot. Riversiders are considered as a small club. Club stormed in the English Football when they not only won Football League but also winning the Premier League next year. It was considered that this club will be a huge threat for every club especially in England but after winning the Premier League, whole team split up and after that they were badly crushed down.

I believe that despite having 72 non consecutive years of top-tier competition in England, this club was never able to show its power and dominance. Change of managers and good players leaving the club caused a lot in the downfall of this club.
