Fulham, founded in 1879 is also known as The Cottagers, The Whites and The Lilywhites. Fulham was the oldest playing London club in Premier League which got relegated in 2013-2014 after 13 consecutive seasons.

Fulham has spent 25 seasons in England’s top-tier competition but failed to win any major honor. The club did reached in the final of The FA CUP in 1975 and the final of 2010 Europa League but failed on both occasions. Club has produced some great talented players like Bobby Robson, Rodney Marsh, Johnny Haynes, George Cohen, Alan Mullery and many more.

Formerly known as Fulham St Andrew’s Church Sunday School F.C and Fulham Excelsior, club was founded by some worshipers who were mostly adept at cricket. Club faced mixed fortunes outside Premier League, they never showed a level of consistency. Managers appointed to run this club were also not much talented to take this club to new heights except Roy Hodson.

In July 2013, Pakistani-American Billionaire, Shahid Khan took over the club for 150-200 million euros. The official amount was not disclosed as Shahid Khan said “It’s Highly Confidential”. Al-Fayed had provided Fulham with £187 million in interest free loans. In March 2011 club posted annual losses of £16.9 million. In January 2013, Fulham were effectively debt free as Al-Fayed converted the loans into equity in the club. Now you know all about Fulham F.C player salaries and team financial stats.

Conclusion:

Despite currently having a good financial backup and having this same financial power from many years, I think club is even below to the permanent standards of Premier League right now and that’s why, at the moment, even struggling in low divisions too.
